Super Bowl
For the Super Bowl my mom and I made our own soft pretzels for the first time. It was fairly easy. It just started with a bread dough of some sort (my mom made that, so I don't know the details). We let the dough rise and then shaped the pretzels. You then put each pretzel in boiling water for 30 seconds, just like cooking a bagel. Then you coat it with egg, sprinkle on the salt, and bake. They were sooo good!
